Heroes usually aren't the type to give up. Especially ones like Samus.
yeah...crouching is a universally known sign of surrender...
It looks like you only have 2 samus sprites.
I can't shake the feeling that Samus is stalling. Whether it's because she has a plan or because her initial plan failed and now she's trying to come up with a new one, I do not know.
Ugh; this is like in every RPG I've played. The villain offers me a position in their army before they fight me. If I say no, they're offended and attack me. If I say yes, they say I'm lying and attack me.
Why can't they accept my surrender!?
Play Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the final boss offers to let you serve them, say yes and you get a game over n.n
Anyone feel Samus is ducking, rather than simply crouching?
@CursedBluto: Actually, something like that happens in CT too.
You refuse to explain the Gate Key to Azala, she summons Nizbel.
You tell her what it is, she calls you a liar (it can't be that easy) and summons Nizbel.
Either way, get your Lightning techs ready.
Lavos knows a lot about Samus, so it's pretty obvious that it's right about a trick.
Samus/Duo probably noticed the giant lazer cannon pointed at Lavos and is planning on letting that do most of the work.
what it worked for gygas...
