Why would the X parasites be satisfied with just one superpowerful magic user.
Would it be a GOOD or a BAD thing for Magus to get parasited?
On the plus side the occupation might take long enough for them to escape. On the minus side the parasites would have a lot more firepower.
On the other hand, Magus may have known about the X, used Magic to immunitize himself against them, and, seeing that he has been tricked, switch sides in an attempt to rescue his sister from the X.
Actually, he COULD'T immunize himself against them with magic, the only known anti-X immunization is through an infusion of Metroid DNA. And Magus can't save her from the X since she's already one of them.
The only KNOWN immunization... and he might have defenses to keep the X from getting to him in the first place.
hmmm, could his sister be cured of the X infection with the metroid vaccine? Or is she already too much of an X and can not be saved now...she is the original her, not a clone, that might be different... glarg! those damn X parasites are just too terrifying! WAIT A MINUTE!!! The X are metroid's preferred prey! If an X is there than soon there will be a bunch of metroids there too!
XSarustaX, it would definately be a bad thing for Magus to be infested, can you immagine 20 Mag-X running around?
I'm seeing a trend...
The increasingly popular variation of the old "look behind you" gag: There really IS something behind them, but they don't believe it until its too late.
